Diet pills are usually not safe, and when they do work people usually gain all the weight back in a short amount of time. You may think you need to lose weight, but it may be your just not toned. Start doing exercises that tighten your skin and build a little muscle and youll look thinner since you skin has tightened. Hope I helped :)

ANSWER:If you already drink caffeinated beverages, sure. I take green coffee bean extract and it works moderately well as a thermogenic.
